The hotel had a great view of a quiet canal and was conveniently located near a popular square and water bus station. The staff was excellent, providing friendly and helpful service. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast served in my room with a view of the canal and passing gondolas.
The hotel lacked any distinctive features and felt like a generic place to stay. The interior design was uninspiring and lacked character.
